Hello,
I'm a first time mother of twins and I need your advice and would love to hear about your experience! As breastmilk is supposed the best for you newborns I breast feed them. However it is really demanding a lot of my body and also my mind. With two newborns I actually could breast feed them without ever getting a break. Is it okay to use formula instead of breast milk, are there any risks I would provoke in the future?
Would love to hear from you,
Pam

Hi Pam, first of all congratulations to your little family! I'm really happy for you! I'm a mother of a single child and it is already challenging so I assume having twins has to be very exhausting! Nowadays you can already get very great baby formula and your babies won't miss anything. Breast feeding is very challenging for some mothers in general and especially with twins. To make sure both of them are getting enough milk I'd definitely would supplement your feeding with formula. You might have a look at myorganicformula.com/, there you'll find very good information on organic baby formula. You don't have to quit breast feeding just because you are formula feeding. I know lot's of mothers who do both. They are going to be great children no matter if breast or/and bottle! Hugs and a lot of energy, Poppy

I think every mother has to choose what is best for her baby and her in the moment.
